I am Rhonda Arinde, Executive Director of Just US Family Group Home. I have 27 years experience working with special needs children and adults. My calling in life is to advocate and provide quality care for our special needs community. My life changed 12 years ago when my son, Calvin, came into my life. I became the mother of a special needs child.I learned first hand how our community resources were lacking in our community for people with special needs. This void ignited a fire in me to become an advocate for those people with special needs in the Bogalusa community. With such passion, I filled a need in the community by opening Just US Family Group Home. My desire was to provide a place of love and nurturing, a HOME, for high functioning adults. Just US Family Group Home is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization and your support is a key in helping make the group home a success in Bogalusa. We will provide a loving, nurturing environment as well as give parents peace of mind.

Persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the inherent right to fulfill their potential as human beings and can be helped to lead diginified lives regardless of their level of functioning ability. Just Us Family Group Home ("the Group Home") was created to assist eligible persons to realize their potential, to provide an alternative to institutionalization, and to provide the necessary level of care and services for eligible individuals to live in and/or near their home communities.
